Rahab Bio Pic.jpg

RAHAB

Rahab lived in the city of Jericho and is remembered for her remarkable faith in God. Although she had a difficult past, Rahab chose to trust the God of Israel when two Israelite spies came to her home. She courageously hid the spies, protected them, and helped them escape, believing that the Lord would give Israel the land. Because of her faith, Rahab and her family were saved when Jericho fell. She later became part of the family line of King David and, ultimately, Jesus Christ. Rahab's story reminds us that no one is beyond God's grace and that faith can change the course of a life forever.
